Is There a Requirement for Preformed Niasin?

The requirement for everyone should be somewhere around 20 milligrams of pre formed food based niason, plus adequate protein in your diet. For dren, adjust it downward based on calory and take and ounow because if you have an adolescent going through a growth spurt, i think it's a lot safer to just assume that the amount of food that they're eating should be made up of the same nice and rich foods as an adult would be eating.
