What's the Precursor to the Royalty Rewards Business?

And i know you've been involved in lots of businesses, but we chose to talk about this business, royalty rewards. Can you describe the genesis of the business, like what did you do? So just briefly, the precursor to this was kind of an information marketing business that helped restaurant owners a teach them about data base marketing and collecting that of sending out news letters and birthday cards or stuff.
