Is the Space Industry a Market Failure?

Eca, i really want to believe that, like the e v industry, is about competing for public trust. And i get it, and i think it's cool. It's not just hitting some government defined minimum safety standes. It's that you have to do as much as possible to earn the public trust,. both in terms of being safe and in being transparent. I love that. My issue, wherever i keep getting hung up is that i feel like the best known company in the space has not put out a v s s a or any other type of case against them.
