Yin yoga is restorative, so you do like maybe four poses in like an hour and you're just holding them. The teacher did it more articulately than I'll be able to but she was like, and this is often where we store our emotions. Just notice it and let it go. Is through these judgmental thoughts. It doesn't really matter the source of it. It's just remembering it's not permanent and it's not personal.
