The name in Genesis three is a little more explicit. It does fit more of the pattern, I think, of Adam, name and animals. In two, twenty-three, it's not she shall be called women. Who's calling her woman? Is it Adam? Is it God who will call? You know, it's just a little more vague. The Bible was written in a patriarchal society. And we have to combine the reality of patriarchy with what God wants to do,. you know, in the world and what he's unfolding in that.
