A modern day effect in quantum physics which actually says that the motion sort of doesn't happen, is called the quantum zeno effect. Two electrons can bea two places at the same time, but when you observe them, so it cald be here and there. If i keep on observing this, i can actually stop it radiating, because itn never has a chance to move because of my observation. That's like magic. I mean, i know, i'm fascinated by all this stuff, and i'm fascinate aby magic. So that your hands ar so ut. You look at it and it stops moving. Now, what's aling? Andit magic.
