How to Stimulate Muscle Protein Synthesis

One is at least 30 grams of protein threshold per meal and the other is resistance training. So what you're saying is someone who's eating a vegan diet in their younger years is stimulating muscle protein. And that's just by being active. But as they age, they're not going to be as active perhaps or that activity is not going to have the same effect necessarily. The lower your calories, the higher you need to keep protein to preserve total muscle mass.
