How Would a Hurricane Name Heat Waves?
Would heat waves also be ranked the way that hurricanes are? I think the key thing is ranking the heat waves and helping to better define heat waves for certain places. The idea is that, yes, we rank them, but we also create a culture of preparedness and prevention around heat waves. And that's the ultimate thing we want to save lives.
