How to Invest in Property Investments
Property investments are in general investments aiming for an absolute total return. You get if you buy a family house or a multifamily house, I have to say, you're looking for a stable distribution out of the rental income. Over time, as the land appreciates, you should also have a capital growth. So when we look back at the last 22 years on a total return basis for global property investments, you could earn like a decent total return of 7%, which looks quite nice.
