Basketball is a great example of the success of reading react. How do you develop that, right? It's not just this rote drill over and over and over. What percentage of your practice are they making active decisions without you blowing the whistle and stopping every time they do something wrong? You give them those opportunities to see all those patterns. A lot of research done about young kids playing multiple sports. If they play those similar sports, the perception, the decision making, the tactics, et cetera, are similar. But by giving you the brain different experiences in slightly different sports, then the brain eventually will be able to generalize. And there's been studies done on that
