There's just so much information out there. You need to figure out, number one, what exactly you need to learn at this season of your career and then figure out who you learn best from. And it goes the same way with reading, you know, somebody there was a conversation on Twitter this morning asking when do you give up on a book? How far did you read before you say this isn't for me? I have a 10% rule. If you read 10% of the assigned book and you're still not into it, we're not gelling with it,. Then I'll give you an alternate assignment because there's so much great literature out there.
