I try to use some of those best practices or the learnings that I've had it like if it doesn't feel good I want to be able to express it to somebody so that they don't hear a second hand but sometimes that's not as easy as you might think. do some of this work and it's a little bit it can become a little bit toxic when there is like some preferential treatment happening or things are not as transparent as the leader makes it out to be, she says.
