Doing a Good Job for Someone Is the Best Way to Grow Your Business

I think there is no better, more powerful tool than just doing a phenomenal job for somebody. My favorite part of the job is making our phone call and saying the deal's done. The thing about those clients is if you do a good job for them, it's the best. They use you 10 times over and they tell everyone they know. And so that's just how your business grows. Because you can't market most of those deals. You have to have your clients and your customers be your marketers in that instance. When I look at my business at the end of the year, I would say more than 80% of my businesses with four top agents happen because we're just honest
