Jeff: I'm just so fascinated by your use of this butago breathing protocol. Is that is it kind of equally applicable to all these different things? Or is there certain people or certain things that you kind of look for where this really hits the nail on the head, so to speak? Jeff: It's most effective for individuals who kind of have more of like long term, I would say light to moderate stress. The people I've seen it kind of like optimize would be athletes. But I do think this is a protocol that anybody could use.
