David Perry: I just finished reading the autobiography of Sam Zell, who's obviously extremely famous. He was on the last train out of Poland before Hitler bombed the train tracks. His dad saw the rise of Hitler coming and begged his parents to come with him. They went up taking this like two year odyssey to get to America. And so what they would do is they would celebrate the day of their arrival in America. It's almost like you would celebrate a birthday for the rest of their lives until they died in 1986.
