The other practice that really struck me was my body as a resource and so you invite us to identify a context in which we felt a lack of freedom. The example you give is feeling our belly kind of spilling out over our jeans and then feeling shame about that. Instead of being critical of our body be critical of the context that limited our freedom, she says. "It was just the most magnificent reframe about the body having not done anything wrong"
