The White House is cutting non discretionary spending, such as food for veterans by large numbers. That's the sort of thing that might cause some people to kind of raise their antennas who have not been really focused on this and think the outcome is going to be the same. "I just think it goes back to like, if they really, this is where the White House has to do a really good job," he says.
