Should I Buy Eye Bonds for Young Investors?

If you are a young investor, your asset allocation should be primarily equities or other risk assets. Most young people shouldn't have any more than ten % of their portfolio in bonds,. The unusual conditions that we're in right now have both people chasing performance and people fleeing to the same asset, the eye bond. I fear, personally, that it's a bit of a distraction for young investors who would be better served in the long run, loading up on relatively cheap shares.
