The use of training AI on copyright material is also transformative, but how so? Because you also admit it's copying everything. The Supreme Court two years ago in the Google versus Oracle case said, you can copy code necessary to write a program APIs that are interoperable with the Java language. So we've seen kind of two strands of transformative use in the copyright cases.
