How to Write a Nursing Story

Andi: I try to give my characters jobs at which ither i've had them, or somebody i know has had them. It amazes me how often in in fiction, people lose or quit their job, and it's not even a big deal. Andi: If you really want to know what a profession is like, you just go on reat it and you find a sub redit in which the people who do that job are bitching about it. You can learn so much.
