Are You Afraid of Public Speaking?

I hear this all the time. They say, oh, how are you able to do that? I would have died. You know, I don't love public speaking. It's so outside of my comfort zone, but I do it by virtue of what I do. There was such a gap for women and especially for women of color in this space in terms of public speaking. And people are deathly afraid to be in front of a microphone no matter how big or small the audience is.
