Pay on Delivery for Large Projects?
Most of the work i do is pay on delivery. You know, you end up with something that's kind of like a kill fee, which is where they pay you to not do the work. And some of that its about cash flow. It's about keeping them keeping the money going. Because it's great that you are going to get ten thousand dollars at the end of the two months project, but, oh, how are you going to buy bread in the meantime?
