You got to be aware of these because they are actually making it worse for you when you're going out and talking to people. So the idea here is if you act confident, you actually feel more confident. When you have a safety behavior and you're doing something like talking really fast, you're going to feel more anxious. A lot of people will not give eye contact so they will not be noticed by other people therefore, conceal themselves.
