Cetay is a cloud-based operating system that can be used to build, test and manage clusters. It was developed by the same team who created Facebook's Applesoft software. Cetay lets you run your own production cluster from anywhere in the world with no need for any special tools or knowledge of how it works. The only real dependency on e k s at this stage is docker - an open source tool which allows users to easily create their own 'production' environments.
