The Rise and Fall of Interpol
Up until the early 2000s, tools available to countries seeking to capture fugitives were fairly limited. Red Notices were still being sent around the world by third-class male. The hijackings of 9-11-2001 changed things and Ronald K. Noble made it his mission to revolutionize Interpol. He created a new system called i24-7 that was designed to make red notices more easily shared between police forces across the globe. But critics say he didn't take those warnings at all seriously.
