How to Be Nice to Your Incident Handler?
I imagine in some cases, in many cases, there's the fog of war, if you will. There's just a lot of uncertainty, a lot of stress. Does that get turned towards you or towards the incident handler? What are good ways to be nice to your incident handler? I would say, yes, depending on how big the case is and how much money is on the line for the organization. For me, I've worked so many incidents, I don't really react to it anymore,. but for them, it could be a really massive thing that's happened to them.
