Ruby in the Browser - What Use Cases Are There?
The Ruby binary is like 11 meg G-zipped. And so if we were to serve our front-end on Rails it would be a bit of a nightmare much worse than serving React. The use cases are serving React right there. For a user of the Ruby binary a Web browser use case is not particularly compelling. One of the really interesting parts of Wazzy is that it's fully portable.
