The Importance of a Language Model

Chat GPT works like a map of human reality. An untrained foundation model is basically like the ultimate Google maps with like 80 kajillion layers in it and you know no real kind of like if you want to go to a particular location and stuff. And then a reinforcement learning model that's been fine tuned is maybe like it's a simpler map that's just broken down into more detail. So I keep going back to the idea that the model is giving me back a number that already exists right?
