Progress Studies - Is There a Different Model for Procuring Space?
Apollo: Is there a different model for, or rather the existence of space axent and some of its kind of counterparts point to the success. Apollo: How can governments actually work at the cutting edge by by procuring it in a different way? And that feels to me like quite a promising avenue for some of the stuff. He says when government does get involved in technological and economic development, it seems to be more effective as a customer than an agement.
