JJK: How often would that stuff like that happen, JJ? I imagine a lot, right? Every day, every day. That's why the really, really big deal guys in Vancouver, New York, whatever, they ran a lone hand. They wouldn't have partners. The ES and the micro are so liquid that you can get in there and move 10, 15, 20, 30 lots without much trouble at all. And that's swinging a pretty big line.
