How to Get the Lower Body You Want

A low fat diet is not conducive to a good healthy hormone profile in men and women. The general rule, you could see in the literature, as far as something around 30% of your calories from fat is fine. For most people, let's just say that's probably about 0.2 to 0.3 or 3.5 grams per pound of body weight per day. Now, if you want to eat more than that because you like to eating more than that, sure, do that.
