Ryan: Bono told me at one point, when we were working together, if you have hits into your forties, it means that you found more source material. For me, source material is everything. I just saw Olivia Rodrigo in concert with my kids and she has written a brilliant record that comes from a place of real urgent experience. She's super talented, but she's got to write another record.
