The psip model is that it's yes client and clinician kind of co-created in a sense but there's an involved participatory clinician. I don't know anything else that works with dissociation in this way because it associates us to the experience of dissociation which as I noted earlier is so hard to get to. Not everybody is ready for it and yet when I have a really a long-term relationship with someone or when they really trust me that we can access things that we couldn't otherwise access.
