This is a romance, but it's an Ellen Montgomery 1926 romance and you like Anna Green Gables. That's right. I recommended it to Holly Peterson in episode 181. So this is the story of Valancy is a standalone. It's not a series. She lives with her Dower mother and aunt; when I picture her growing up in their household, I just picture really dark ugly curtains and no sunlight and no visitors.
