There are lots of things we tell our children that are not good for them. I chase my poor daughter around with calcium foods, i feel so honestly thi my child has bones of steel. There's a powerful reason to put down your phone and to make eye contact with the people you're talking to. And figure out if it's a goal for you. A, and there's a big pay off from doing your home work. B, eat healthy food. You know what, you know why you're doing it. Because i told you so.
