How Do You Manage Customer Complaints as You Change Your Business Model?
Migration from one-time purchase to subscription is a difficult transition for the customer. I almost feel like the very early App Store, where apps would go cheaper and cheaper or free just to get those users. We always had the same amount of complaints and always people were angry. But in the end, after having done the subscriptions, which I kind of feel relieved that this part of running the business behind me.
