Since 2016, George Soros has dumped more than 40 million to elect 75 prosecutors nationwide. Those 75 prosecutors cover more than 20% of the American population. They're believing in things like social justice, racial justice and defunding the police. And what it basically comes down to is that they've been unable to change the laws in these cities because they don't have the votes.
