Dennis Morris' Vision for the United States

The book is really tries to bring out, you know, not everything, but all the big points he made at the Philadelphia Convention and his vision for the government. He advocates that the Senate should be a body made up of exclusively wealthy individuals who would be chosen by the president to serve for life without pay. And ironically enough or strangely enough, he thinks it's going to serve to check the political power of the rich.
