Can Technology Save Us?

The idea of solar radiation management and geoengineering is to just skip over all the other stuff. We don't want to prove that we can take care of the durable or the kitty or the dog. We just want to get the freaking pony. And so while I think there is promise in the technology, I don't think we're at a point where it's proven enough to be safe.
