The Risk of Leverage

I've long said that it is such a great guaranteed and attractive return, especially accounting for tax. I don't know why more people don't do it. The person who went up to the eyeballs in leverage and bet at all does much better than you. But they're also the kind of person that gets wiped out the second that there's a hiccup. In other words, you and me have been playing Russian roulette or you're not necessarily standing.
