i rely very heavily on united ways, two, one, one, data, um. And so i cover housing and utilities, which are detroiters number one in number two, information needs. Am, so who really owns this place? What's the tax debt associated with this place? Because that is a tremendous problem here. Is it on the tax auction list already, or is it at risk of tax auction? You need good information to be able to make a good decision.
