The Domestic Political Contest About American Power

Domestic priorities are bigger than ever, aren't they? Because of an aging population. And so the assumptions in which most Western European countries operate is not equipped to deal with the demands that are now being put upon it. There's a significant domestic political contest about American power still going on - and Biden's victory did not settle that question.
