Should You Put Screenshots Into an SOP?

SOPs can add a lot of overhead to your organization. If you're setting up an account, I probably wouldn't put screenshots in there. Are you teaching when you're doing this thing or are you doing a checklist? And then also where does this reside? This is something that I'm still trying to navigate and we're doing a better job of it here internally.
