How to Have a Great Dinner Party
I think the key thing, just do as much prep as you can, like, before the guests arrive. My favorite starter is a Brazilian cheesy bread with lots of cheese and pomachette. I try to not be very judging when I go to people's places for dinner but that they're quite keen to help out.
