You Can't Communicate That Into It With Diet
When I was really sick, I was in some of these groups for people with autoimmunity disorders on Facebook. And it was mostly to like talk to other people to try and figure out how to get out of it. But when I finally figured out that there was a solution out of it for me anyway with diet, you can't communicate that into it. It's very unlikely that you can change the world around you sufficiently to make it so much better for you. That is so much about the individual and what you can change.
