Mental models are essentially thinking tools, right? So you go u in life and you learn a whole bunch of facts, but very rarely are you ever taught how to think. You have to make tons of them, and some of them have really big consequences. I think of them as lenses that you look through so i see the world the way i see it. And then what i do as i pull ut this lens, it's my mental model on map, is not the territory or inversion, and i look through it, and i stell came down. What do i see differently? What is being revealed to me.
