The Spirit Is the One Who Procures From the Throne Room
I think if you're doing sort of careful exegesis drawing together, the biblical passages like the prophets that John is drawing on, I think you end up with the Holy Spirit being the best description of what's happening there. Secondarily, yeah, the in the spirit language. And so there you have the spirit bringing him into the throne room. You have him showing him the things of God and the spirit is the one who proceeds from the throne. That seems much more likely to me that that's what he's drawing on than extra biblical sources such as Isaiah or Enoch.
