According to what we know about physics, could all of them just by chance have a temperature above a hundred degrees celsius? Exceedingly unlikely. According to quanton theory, it could continue to happen. There will be some exceedingly small number of universes where every time he does it, it works. And so he apparently is a wizard who is able to have lightning come from his wand. But he only appears to be the case that magic works. Magic doesn't actually work.
