Toki's Disaster Housing Projects Are Already Risen
There's a renewed push to ensure building standards are adhered to after the February earthquake. But that doesn't mean all construction is prohibited, as new apartment blocks are already rising. Nurtoch Ylmas' company has been subcontracted to complete one of the biggest construction projects in Hatai. He tells CNN this complex will also feature 4,000 flats, accommodating 30,000 people.
