Working Within Creativity

The majority of the people that we currently work with on a consistent basis, every one that we have here at our office, really came within our network. For me, what's really important is a stamp of approval from someone i trust. I think hirings of massive opportunity in the creater economy for someone to come help creators higher. It's so hard to find good creatives nd creators.
